What is TFC IPTV VOD?

With TFC IPTV VOD, you also get free access to TFC Online thru TFC Everywhere!

What is TFC Everywhere?

TFC Everywhere gives you access to TFC Online everywhere you are! Catch your favorite shows through www.tfc.tv using your mobile device (smartphone, tablet, laptop) when you’re subscribed to any of the TFC packages.

Does the service require a minimum broadband internet speed?

Yes, the minimum speed requirement is 2mbps. Check your speed with our Speed Check tool.

How do I activate my IPTV VOD Set Top Box (STB)?

Please contact our 24-hour Customer Support at 1-877-884-6832 to activate your IPTV set top box. If you do not call for service activation, your IPTV set top box will automatically activate within 8 days from order date.

How do I activate TFC Everywhere?

You will be given TFC Everywhere activation codes by email after you have successfully subscribed to TFC. Activate your TFC Everywhere access by going to http://TFC.tv/TFCeverywhere and using the activation codes sent to you.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Any major credit or debit card is accepted such as VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, JCB. The credit or debit card you will use to order will automatically be enrolled for automatic payment for your monthly TFC subscription.

How will the IPTV STB be installed?

TFC IPTV Video on Demand is a plug and play device making it easy to install. Simply follow the Quick Reference Guide and the videos on the TFC Installation page.

Is there a subscription contract?

Yes, subscription is subject to a one-year contract.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

You may upgrade your subscription even during the lock in period. Upgrading does not affect (i.e., extend) the lock in period. However, you may not downgrade your subscription during the lock in period. After the lock in period, you may downgrade or upgrade at any time, and without any limit to the number of changes.

Does the IPTV STB comes with a warranty?

Yes, the set up box comes with a lifetime warranty that covers damage due to fire, flood, and other natural disasters. However, it does not cover damage due to accidents, improper use, alteration, incorrect installation or repair by unauthorized agents.
